Join me and My Fruit Thing to learn how you can liberate yourself from the industries that are controlling this world. The more we learn the better we can be and the better we can help ourselves and this planet.
When it comes to your food I suggest that the most sustainable and most optimal is organically growing your own, the next would be supporting your local organic growers, buying organic, then buying fresh local non organic, lastly store bought, but make sure it is ripe. We can change the world with our diets alone THINK about that! Most people just don't realize the power of their food choices. Join the Revolution, join the Liberation one meal at a time!
