Healing Hemorrhoids, Cholesterol issues, Calcium utilization issues | Dr. Robert Morse

Excellent video regarding some of the things that can go wrong when we have parathyroid weaknesses, adrenal weaknesses, which leads to the connective tissue issues like hemorrhoid, saggy skin, weak nails, prolapses, etc, And much more!

Take your notes and do what you can. Eating a high water content fruit based diet with greens is A MUST! We have to get the body clean and the GI going by eating a clean diet such as that. Do a little building with proper foods before going into fasting, especially if you are experiencing symptoms of adrenal gland weakness. Must get the body ALKALINIZED!

Avoid acid forming foods like the COVID! Acid forming foods are high protein foods such as meat, dairy, beans, legumes, nuts and grains. Focus on your high water content fruits and greens! Salad are key here and will help cleanse the Gastrointestinal Tract (GI) avoid your processes dressings and go for fresh avocado or a home made vinegar and oil free dressings. Go all fruit for deeper detoxification! It is good to alternate from detox fruit days and fruit and salad days. Stay off your processed foods, THINK whole raw food.

Avoid foods that I like to call DEHYDRATING FOODS. These are foods that must be reconstituted by your body in order to properly eliminate them. These foods steal needed hydration away from your cells where it is needed most. Most people are dehydrated on the cellular level due to #1 eating dehydrating foods, #2 acidosis in the body.

Dr. Morse herbal protocols to use for these issues are...

Lower circulation
Kidney formulas
Lymphatic
Stomach and Bowels
or just bowel herbs
Adrenal gland herbs
Endocrine herbs
Thyroid and parathyroid
Liver cleanse
Anti fungal

I recommend that you eat the proper raw plant foods in order to achieve these goals but if you can afford to buy or make formulas like these you should! Remember diet is key and food is true medicine that allows the body to heal itself. Definitely watch this video and others. Do your own research, take notes and help your self. Dr. Morse is here to help but you got to do the work.

And be patient with your healing and the journey you are on. But don't give up, keep moving forward, Don't let anything get in your way!

God bless!

Drying Oregano and How to Use it | Herbs

I finally got another video done. I wanted to show everyone how I use our backyard oregano. I love this time of year when I go out back and can smell the oregano. In this article I wanted to go into a little more detail about the medicinal benefits of oregano, as well as some tips on when you can add it to your meal.

Oregano is a wonderfully fragrant herb that is ready for use during the warm summer months. The technical term or Latin phrase for oregano is Origanum vulgare, or wild marjoram, mountain mint, and winter marjoram. It is a flowering perennial plant that grows wild in the Mediterranean region, in Asia, and is cultivated in the U.S. It is widely used in cooking all over the world, and especially in Mediterranean. The Oregano herb flowers from July through October.

Medicinal benefits of the Oregano herb is also widely known. Oregano contains many nutrients such as vitamins A, C, E, and K. Oregano is also a good source for  fiber, folate, iron, magnesium, vitamin B6, calcium, and potassium. Oregano also has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-fungal effects, and may kill MRSA, listeria, and other nasty pathogens. The essential oil of the herb may be useful for respiratory ailments like colds and flu symptoms. And like most herbs, fruits and vegetables alike. Oregano also has anti-cancer properties.

 How to Use Oregano

Oregano can be used medicinally in many forms. Obviously we can use it on our foods. Typically used in pasta sauces, and many Italian dishes. When eating raw, you can sprinkle on sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, and any other non sweet fruits that you like. also great with greens and veggies. We can also use it medicinally, as an herbal tincture, oil, infusion, or tea.

Properties and uses:  Oregano can be used to relieve spasm of involuntary muscle (antispasmodic), can have a sedative effect (calmative), relieves gas (carminative), as well as promotes sweating (dia-phoretic), and the expectorant of mucus. Oregano also aid in digestion and promoting appetite (stomachic). Because of this Oregano makes a great go to tonic.

An infusion of the fresh herb has a beneficial effect on upset stomach, indigestion, headache, colic, nervous complaints, coughs, whooping cough, and many other respiratory ailments. It also helps to relieve abdominal cramps in women, and will regulate the menstrual cycle when taken three to four days before a regular time. Also us an infusion of the flowers for seasickness and to ease toothaches. The Oregano tea can also be used as an additive to your bath. You can even put the bruised leaves in your pillow for a all natural sleep aid.

To make an infusion simply steep 2-3 tsp of herb in 1 cup of boiled water for about ten minutes. Take 1-2 cups daily for desired benefits. Here is a video that shows you how to make an herbal infusion aka tea lol! It's pretty much the same thing. For information about how to prepare herbal tinctures/extracts see my Making Herbal Remedies post.

As you can see Oregano is one herb that has a wide range of remedy. I hope you like the video and addition information. I love learning about herbs and how they can aid us along our healing journey. Thank you and God bless!
