GO PLANT BASED! STEP BY STEP PLAN THAT ANYONE CAN DO!

Do you want to feel better, look better, and eventually get off of all or most of your medications?

It starts with your diet!

Did you know that 98% of all health concerns could be avoided with diet alone? 

Did you know that what you have chosen to put into your body over the years, has greatly effected your current state of health?

You are what you eat!

Dead foods if you want to be on a short road to medication, surgery, and death!

Eat living foods if you want to live!


Follow this step by step plan, and enjoy the benefits!

Here are your steps to a better you! 

Take two weeks in between each step to help you adjust...

This is a slow detoxification program that will help you avoid toxic foods, and get the toxins out of your body.

This program is intended for the average person, and I believe anyone can do this.


Step 1) IMPORTANT; Give up processed meats! lunch meat, sausage, bacon, pepperoni, salami, etc...

Step 2) IMPORTANT; Give up dairy! milk, cheese, butter, and yogurt. Choose plant based options instead. You can make a lovely coconut milk yogurt at home too.


Step 3) IMPORTANT; Avoid frozen food dinners, boxed foods, fast foods, processed foods.

Step 4) Avoid refined sugar, and sugar containing foods, such as drinks. The only sugar that your body needs is found in fruits, and vegetables.


Step 5) Give up meat. beet, pork, ham, chicken, all animals. These foods are highly toxic to us, you will do well to avoid them.


Step 6) Give up eggs. Eggs are certainly not health food and because they are from an animal they too contribute to heart disease, cancer and diabetes.


Step 7) Limit or avoid grains, and breads... These foods should be limited, but can be a great way to get your veggies in by making stir fries, and wonderful vegetable sandwiches.

In addition to these steps make sure you drink plenty of water throughout your day.

Eat these foods...

Fruits
Berries
Melons
Vegetables
Greens
Lentils
Peas
Beans
Rice
Whole grains
Seeds 
Nuts
Herbs

For sugar alternatives...

Agave sweetener
100% Pure Maple Syrup
A good quality honey (not vegan however)
Stevia (if you have a sensitivity to sugar)

But even these sweeteners must be limited. Like I said before the only sugar that our bodies actually can use, and have a requirement for is simple sugars found in fruits and vegetables.

Remember raw is best, so the more the better!

I suggest that you consume 75% raw fruit, berries, melons, veggies, and greens daily. The more the better, but please make your goal 75%, and work towards that.

A great place to start is with breakfast. Eating fruit for breakfast is a great way to get the body moving, and the energy you need to start your day.

Also end your day with a nice big salad! Include lots of veggies, and greens. Also great on salads is seeds, nuts, cooked brown rice, beans, and lentils.

When you have finished the steps you can begin to dig deeper into your body, for even better results. For now this is a great place to start and I wish you success. I know that if you follow these steps, and give up these foods you will begin to feel the difference, lose weight, and have better mental clarity. Just do it! It is worth it. As far as all of the animal foods, and processed foods you will be giving don't worry. If you are like every other American you are probably taking at least one medication, and sick all the time, or just don't feel your best. So, think! What did all of those foods ever really do for you anyway? Other than momentary pleasure, and a life time of ill health.
