What an inspiration I love this video! I hope he is for you too. There are lots of great easy raw food fruit-based meal ideas here in this one video. It is about spending that extra time for your health. Going that one more mile to make loving meals for yourself. I would say his raw vegan meal ideas are indeed a loving way to eat. I definitely still need to up my salad game so going to try his Italian Salad idea asap.
